Freshly prepared salads (Chicken Greek Salad, Greek Salad, Feta Walnut Salad, Tabbouli Salad), Zakis (Chicken Zaki, Falafel Zaki, Spinach Zaki, Eggplant Zaki), Pitas (Greek Pita, Gyros Pita, Falafel Pita), Panini (Pesto Chicken, Spicy Chicken, Chicken Shwarma, Falafel) as well as delectable side dishes (Fruit Salad, Grape Leaves, Baked Veggies, Lentil Rice, Rice Pilaf, Baba Ghanouj & Pita, Mediterranean Slaw, Fries). Our platters include Gyro Platter, The Mediterranean platter, Lebanese platter, and Rice Platter. Our kabob selection includes (at Cary location) Chicken Kabob, Beef Kabob, Jasmin Kabob and Mixed Kabob. We prepare Baba Ghanouj with fresh egg plant, garlic and lemon juice. Our traditional hummus is made from chick peas, tahini, lemon juice and fresh garlic. Jasmin mediterranean bistro offers delicious and freshly prepared desserts like baklava and cookies. Jasmin Mediterranean Bistro offers catering services for weddings, Parties, Corporate Events, Fundraising Events and Office Meetings. Our catering menu offers a variety of healthy and nutritious choices. Jasmin mediterranean Bistro is proud to be a family-owned and operated business with locations in Raleigh and Cary. Our locations are easily located from downtown Raleigh, NC State University and Meredith College. Our Cary location is within a 10 minute drive from Apex and Holly Spring. Our new location on Six Forks road in Raleigh, is now open for business. Our Cary location will be housed in a new building next to our previous location on Walnut Street. Customers can enjoy the exquisite ambiance at any of our restaurants or they can choose take out.
