Kim Stefan has been a licensed Master Cosmetologist and Master Colorist for 23 years. She is a talented stylist located at ‘Milan Studios’ in Richmond Hill, GA. Kim trained and apprenticed in Milford, Ct., before relocating to Georgia with her daughter nearly 20 years ago. She specializes in haircuts for all ages, coloring, highlights, lowlights, color corrections, perms, facial waxing and much more! Kim has had the opportunity to attend many master level classes including HairColor USA in Miami, Fl. Kim’s devotion to her clients over the years has allowed her to develop a special bond with each and everyone. Kim has been involved with “Locks of Love” for many years. This non-profit organization encourages healthy people with over ten inches of healthy hair to donate it to children who have suffered long-term hair loss due to medical causes and who need the hair for hairpieces.
