FRAME SHOP -Custom framing with over 1000 styles of moulding from which to choose. -Do-it-yourself frame studio available during normal business hours for $3/hr -Frame class offered monthly -Computerized matte-cutter allows for intricate and multi-opening mattes -Framing of photos/prints, jerseys, large maps, diploma/tassel, etc. and limited only by the imagination -Two week turn-around on most frame orders AWARDS SHOP -Laser engraving on wood, metal, plastic, glass, marble, etc. -Diamond engraving on metal and plastic -Produces plaques, acrylic and glass awards -Full color sublimation printing on variety of materials, such as t-shirts, mugs, mouse pads, hats, etc. -Variety of customize-able products, such as desk plates, door sign, statues, etc. -Instant passport photo service GIFT SHOP -Wide variety of resale gift products and custom-made products and kits -Holiday and special occasion balloon bouquets -Annual holiday open house each December -Friendly staff to assist with gift-giving suggestions CRAFTER’S CORNER -Large room available for use during business hours for do-it-yourself crafting -Variety of classes offered throughout the year in basic drawing, painting, scrapbooking, paper craft, etc. -Most classes offered free or at minimal cost to customers -Room available for meetings, maximum comfortable capacity is 12 -Large flat panel TV and DVD player available -Two laptop computers with on-line capabilities available -Supports annual AF Artist/Craftsman Gallery program WOOD HOBBY SHOP -Space for do-it-yourselfers to perform woodworking 3 days/wk -Two “SawStop” table saws for the ultimate in safety -Heavy-duty 20”x43” wood lathe for the experienced 'turner' -Experienced wood staff to complete top quality shadow and flag boxes -Thermwood CNC router for automated production of cabinets, furniture, vanities, closet systems, etc. -Efficient dust collection system that improves shop atmosphere and cleanliness AUTO HOBBY SHOP -16 stalls, 14 with lifts -Free AllData Online for diagnostic and repair info -Open 3 days/week for do-it-yourselfers -Small storage lot for in-progress repairs -Virtual Resale Lot through 6th FSS website CAR WASH -Opened in Feb 10 and has serviced over 20K customers -Newly expanded asphalt area for better traffic flow and vaccuum access -Operates 24/7 -Located behind AAFES gas station, near BX -Contains one automatic bay and two self-serve bays, plus 4 vacuums
