Located in a 'cosy' strip (cosy being the operative word) next door to Edgar’s, freshly made wood-fired pizza is served out of an imported Forno Bravo pizza oven. Controlling this beast is master-pizza maker and Italiano, Giovanni Auzino. Hailing from the city of pizza, Naples, Gio brings his secret family dough recipe to the shores of Australia and into the heart of Canberra. Whilst the major part of the business is hot takeaway pizzas, we do have limited seating inside and out so get in quick if you want to dine in.
