Their children, Salvatore “Sam”, Antonio “Tony”, Gina, and John, grew up in the business, making pizza boxes by the hundreds until they were tall enough to reach the pizza counter. 40 years later, their Grandchildren are hand tossing pizza and learning the business. You can’t help but think of family when you think of Mamma Mia’s. After all, the Viscariello family has built it into one of the South Shore’s largest group of restaurants. The Pinehills is excited to welcome Mamma Mia’s to our family of shops and services on the Village Green. The restaurant is set to open for business on April 28, 2014. The cozy 80-seat dining room, will have a familiar menu that will feature the same great hand tossed, award winning pizzas and favorite pasta dishes such as Chicken Parmigiana, Saltimbocca and Piccata that Mamma Mia’s is known for.
