Description
The New Britain Animal Control facility takes in close to 300 abandoned dogs every year. We are a municipal facility which is run by dedicated, caring, police officers who spend a lot of time and effort into getting our adoptable dogs into good homes. We are not a no kill shelter. Public safety is our number one concern, and unfortunately not all dogs that come into our facility are adoptable. NEGATIVE COMMENTS, INSULTS, AND RHETORIC WILL NOT BE TOLERATED ON THIS PAGE. This Facebook page is operated by members of the New Britain Police Department in an effort to find homes for the adoptable dogs at our animal control facility. This page is intended to be a positive outreach to animal lovers in our community. We encourage all of those who love and care about dogs to please share this page and help us find good homes for good dogs!

General Info
The adoption fee is $50 which includes a voucher towards a low cost spay/neuter. All animals are required to be spayed or neutered! You must provide your landlord contact information if you are not a home owner. We will not adopt to anyone who does not have permission to have an animal.Company Rating
