Having once been customer's to local auto repair garages ourselves, we are passionate and excited in offering the services and conveniences to our customer's that we always used to wish for ourselves! So far, this is the typical experience you can expect when visiting our garage: After setting up your appointment by calling, text messaging, emailing or Facebook messaging us, we'll give you the exact cost of the appointment with what you've scheduled so far. In arriving for your appointment, we'll take your keys and get straight to work! You can hang out in our cozy/updated waiting area and read, watch TV, or make use of our free Wifi. You can also help yourself to any of our coffee, tea or cocoa and snacks as well. Once we have taken a look at your concerns with your vehicle, we'll bring you out to your car and show and explain the issues at hand and the time-frame you might have before a repair is needed. We will then work up 1 or 2 different exact quotes (including parts, labor and tax) for a more temporary and cost effective fix (if it's available), and for the correct and more permanent fix which will come with a specific warranty as well. Many times, we are able to give you the option to have us repair the car that same day, or schedule for another time depending on what's easier for you. We're always growing and changing our offerings to support our goal of leaving no customer left behind. We just think that bringing your car to a mechanic shouldn't make you feel like you're in math class... Maybe in recess. In all seriousness, give us a try.. You won't be left behind.
