Description

Great Bargains! Great Cause! After two successful years of hosting community garage sales, OMHS made it permanent by opening the new Barkin' Bin Thrift Store. Loaded with new and gently used household items, small furniture, appliances, jewellery, games, sports equipment and pet products, there are great deals for every bargain hound! Volunteers are the heart of the Oakville & Milton Humane Society. Donating their time & love in all areas of the organization. Volunteers are a valued resource making a difference in the lives of so many animals. OMHS is looking for volunteers to help out regularly at the store. We hope you will join the team. OMHS relies entirely on donations to feed, shelter, and provide medical care for the animals. Proceeds from the OMHS Barkin’ Bin Thrift Store will go to help the animals at the Oakville & Milton Humane Society. If you’re moving, spring cleaning or downsizing, please consider donating new any gently used items to the Thrift Store. The Humane Society and A Chocolate Lab both new to retail sales approached the owners of the Pinegrove Plaza with a proposal to share a storefront location. The sharing of the facility permitted the two groups to test their retail ideas while sharing the expenses. A great friendship between two organizations was now a “physical" reality and we invite you to come to share our success.
