An office building of 24,000 sqm GLA is also at planning stage. One United Properties' founders started developing residential compounds in 2006, and under this brand name starting with 2011. They have invested in real estate since 2000. Current projects include: 1) One Floreasca Lake is a residential compound with 68 apartments with beautiful panoramic view of the Floreasca Lake. The first two buildings (42 residential units totaling 9,000 sqm) were completed in June 2013.
