In the early 1980's April and Bruce Carlson opened The Opera House as one of Bar Harbor's fine dining establishments. in 1999 it was re-invented as Bar Harbor's first and only dedicated internet cafe. Angel and Matthew Hochman purchased the business in 2010. We offer high speed internet, fresh baked goods and hot coffee. So come on in, check your email, have some hot coffee, or just relax and play a game of Scrabble.
