Mobiland By The Sea is a larger community with a variety of mobile home types, sizes, shapes, and colors, but a limited inventory of available homes! We are currently offering Senior Specials and other great deals. We have a quiet and relaxing park, where you can choose the lifestyle you want at the price you can afford.   Over the last few years we have invested over a million dollars in improvements, making sure that we remain the “premiere” communities among others in the area. Not only are we improving the communities, but we are also helping our residents improve their homes as well. We make every attempt to set a higher standard for other communities and owners to follow.  We put our residents first, and never stop to ask ourselves how we can improve. We go above and beyond as a community, even hosting holiday events where all of our residents come together like a family. The Space Coast has been a long time vacation hot spot. Best known as the home of  Kennedy Space Center, Orlando’s closest beaches, and best surfing in the country (after all, this is where 10-time world surfing champion Kelly Slater learned to  surf!).   Browse our Farmer Markets and various art fests,  play a round of golf, watch a baseball game, or walk our sandy beaches as the sun sets.  These are just a few of the numerous outdoor recreational and cultural activities that Space Coast offers its visitors.  Our average ocean water temperature is a comfortable 78 degrees.  In the winter, the average temperature is 71 degrees and the summer average is 84 degrees.      We are minutes away from year-round sport  fishing, golf courses and so much more. Space Coast Stadium which is the spring training home of the Washington Nationals is nearby as well.  All the Orlando amusement parks and attractions are only about an hour’s drive away.  Daytona International Speedway is an hour north of us.
