I am passionate about helping make a difference, to people who want to make a difference in their personal & professional development, either through my 16 week personal development online product, my Ultimate Belief Change Toolkit, 1-1 coaching or in a training room. Over the past 10 years, I have been lucky enough to be called inspirational and motivational when delivering personal development training in companies of all sizes, as well as with members of the public on a weekly basis. I've met and worked with thousands of wonderful people from all backgrounds and industries such as public sector, corporate, education, coaching industry, the health service, financial services, I.T., leisure industry, retailing, charities, political party support and sales, all of whom wanted to improve their personal development and make life changing shifts. I am passionate about coaching and use a series of different tools to help my clients make lasting change, I have lots of energy and empathy whilst remaining solution focused, I see working with my clients as being like a beautiful dance, we agree what needs to be achieved, we agree a strategy, practise the steps, maybe make some mistakes, learn from them, work in flow and then eventually create new habits with the outcome being a bright new future, both personally and professionally.
