Rachel is a Sports Therapist based within and around the Teesside area. Rachel works at Stockton Chiropractic Clinic, Darlington Mowden Park RFU, and from her own clinic at Thornton Grange providing injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation. Whether office worker, occasional gym goer, recreational or professional athlete anyone with reduced physical performance due to pain, muscle or joint injury or dysfunction can benefit from a variety of treatments available. Treatments and rehabilitation programmes are tailored to the individuals needs and can consist of: Sports and Remedial massage, Peripheral joint and Spinal Mobilisations, Muscle Activation techniques, Stretching, Taping techniques and, Core Stability, strength, power and endurance exercises and 1:1 matwork pilates sessions. She is also a certified APPI matwork Pilates instructor and runs group classes on Monday and Tuesday evening at Seamer Village Hall and Thursday Evenings at Ingleby Greenhow Village Hall. Individual, and small group Pilates sessions can also be arranged.
