At some point in all our lives we will need to seek extra support whether it's for Grief, Relationship Breakdown, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma (past or present), Stress Management, Weight Issues or just needing some help to find purpose and direction. I am a qualified Professional Counsellor (major Grief and Loss), EFT Practitioner (Energy Psychology) and Massage Therapist.
