Richmond Park Nazarene Basic School is located on 131 Maxfield Avenue Kingston 10. The school has approximately 115 students. Their ages range from 3-6years old. The environment is very child friendly and children are active participant in their own learning. There are 11 members of staff. These include 3- train teachers , 4-pre-train teachers, 1 teacher in training,1-cook,1- Ancillary worker and 1- grounds man. The teachers at this institution always portray professionalism. They cater to the students different learning styles and also caters to diversities in the classroom. The students will be at different developmental levels and at this institution it is confirmed that these teachers have the necessary strategies to gain expected results. Lessons are always planned ahead and all teaching aids are made and ready to be interacted by each child. The school focus solely on building the "Whole Child" so at all times the activities planned are holistic in approach. The schools Motto is " Aim High". The school also have teachers who are trained practical nurse and one pediatric first aider. The name of the Principal is Mrs Grace Brown Flowers and the Vice Principals name is Mrs Sharon Porter- Williams. The school is registered with the Early Childhood Commission.
