Rising Village Foundation works to provide single female heads of households the educational tools (literacy, business, and vocational training) and the working capital they need to start or expand a small business. Through that process, families are lifted out of poverty and into a quality of living that ensures children are educated, families are healthy, and women support their families through meaningful and creative work. We also educate people in the United States about the needs in the developing world, and how one person can make a difference in one life.
