We recommend that you use a carrier that offers parcel tracking and you may want to insure your package for safe return .We will offer a replacement, exchange or refund provided the product is in a “as new” condition, including packaging, instructions and all accessories Urgent orders If you can not allow up to 10 working days for your delivery then Express Post satchels can be used and the satchel number emailed to you. As this is not a signature required service we can not take responsibility for the delivery. If we can fit your order in a business sized 3kg Express Post satchel or 5kg Express Post satchel the fee will be $15.00 Heavier or bulkier items will be sent in multiple satchels and charged accordingly (the heavier/bulkier items are not included in the free postage offer) Please note some items like parasols will not fit in Express Post Satchels and would have to be sent using eParcel Express Post service and charged at cost. We do allow laybys under Strict conditions LAYBY Layby Policy With our Layby service, having the wedding of your dreams has never been easier and more affordable! Layby's are for any orders above $100.00 A minimum deposit of 50% of the total purchase value is required on all layby purchases. A one-off, non-refundable administration fee of $5.00 will be charged on each layby transaction and is payable at time of establishment of the layby (in addition to the initial deposit). Layby term is 8 weeks, in which period total payment must be received and the goods must be collected. Regular payments are required each fortnight following receipt of deposit. Goods will be released only upon receipt of total payment. No part of the layby goods can be separated and collected by the customer until total payment is made. Layby on sale items is not permitted. Customer may cancel the layby at which time the monies paid towards the layby will be refunded. Minus 25% to cover administrative costs. No returns or exchanges on layby items for change of mind. Failure to collect the goods by the layby due date will result in forfeiture of monies paid and return of the goods to general stock for public sale. All Lay by orders are given a 1 week grace period to proceed or cancel. No CANCELLATIONS ARE PERMITTED once the order has been sent to the manufacturer for production if custom orders. ie custom dress, shoes, personalised orders.
