We offer a lake featuring: • 5,330 acres of excellent fishing and relaxation • 5-1/2 miles long and 4-1/2 miles wide • Numerous sand bars & drop offs • We control insects on the grounds • Our cottages are clean and sanitary There are many things to do at Rush Lake Resort for both the young and the young at heart. There are many outdoor activities such as volleyball, horseshoes, croquet, basketball and shuffleboard. There is is also plenty of sand for everyone to build castles until their heart's content. Paddle boats and canoes as well as kayaks, are available for free use to guests. They'll provide hours of enjoyment on the lake. For the little ones, there is a swing set and slide on the beach. Our 250 foot dock offers the young angler a chance to catch a trophy fish, while our sunning deck and floating swimming platform allows others to work on that tan! Our swimming beach is covered by tons of sand and the swimming area is level with no drop offs, water depth out 300 feet is only 6 feet.

Home of affordable summer vacationing on beautiful Rush Lake in Ottertail County, Minnesota. Come and relax with us, enjoy the lake, sun and country air. We have boating, fishing, kayaking, biking and nearby there is golfing, children's events in town, historic places, dining and other relaxing and enjoyable activities. The cottages are finished in knotty pine or basswood. All cottages have showers and the kitchens are complete with cookware, flatware, dishes, coffee pot, toaster and microwave. Bedding is furnished but not bath towels, kitchen towels or soap. A boat is included with every cabin or we will provide dock space for your boat. Cable TV connections are provided for your TV or we have rental TV's available. Sorry NO PETS.
