Since 1996, Sacred Rides has been guiding Riders from around the world on some of the planet's most amazing singletrack. With local guides leading the way, our Rides showcase not only beautiful trails but also local culture and communities. Our Responsible Riding mandate is among the most extensive in the business - in addition to donating a percentage of each trip's revenues to local community projects, we also offer opportunities to volunteer on projects and have our own nonprofit organization (Bikes Without Borders), dedicated to developing healthy communities through bikes and bike-related solutions.

We love getting messages like this in our inbox: "Mike: I wanted to let you know how fantastic your people and trails were on our recent trip to Fernie and Kootenay National Park. As this is NOT our first organized ride, but going to British Columbia was… Not knowing what was ahead, my wife and I were a bit nervous but that all changed once we loaded the car…. First your Staff: Ryan – what an incredible human being!!! He analyzed each of us on the first day and was such a confidence builder for all of us but especially my wife… he took extra care to make sure that the basic skills were covered for the type of terrain we were going to attack… great idea by the way… I can only imagine what you guys must see in terms of ability….. He also sat us down before and after each ride to discuss the days ride and to see if we were comfortable with the trail choice… that being said, Ryan rode behind Diane on our first day ..he coached, calmed her nerves and pumped up her confidence on this spectacular downhill ride. When we got to the pre-determined staging area the smile on Diane’s face was priceless… the sense of accomplishment of reaching outside her comfort zone was very moving for me because I know her challenges on the bike and as I was riding ahead saying to myself “no way is she riding this”… WOW was I wrong… it’s especially gratifying when she tells all of our biking friends of her downhill experience…. I could go into further detail but this occurred all week on every aspect of our sacred rides tour… simple put just amazing! Ryan was the perfect guide for all abilities… he made sure we all had the riding experience we were looking for both on and off the trail…..he is a tremendous asset to you and Sacred Rides!…. Susan and “the lodge” – She was the sweetest, kindest person… not only was the lodge prefect every i.e. ( location to town, trails, bars etc…) her cooking and cooking the right food was five star in my book… the place was impeccably clean…. Loved seeing her smile each and every day was sad when we left… Adam Second day guide - very nice young man had me smiling the whole time… he also did some very nice “hand holding” with Diane….. great knowledge of the area…. With that said you should also know that we continued our trip to Whistler for 5 days and though we had a great second week… We won’t be returning there… Whistler reminded us to much of going to Disney World… Way to crowded for us… instead of making noise to let the bears know we were approaching like fernie and kootney it was for people at whistler….. not the experience we were looking for…. So in closing…. Thank you very much for providing the true mountain bike experience for both a downhill and XC ride… it was everything I was hoping for when I thought of doing this trip and more the locations was simple beautiful and awe inspiring… your team made it happen according to plan…. Again RYAN IS THE MAN!!!! Should you want to discuss this with me please feel free to email or contact me directly at xxx xxx xxxx Yours, Joe" Want to join us in BC in 2015?
