Session was created from a pure passion for the practice. All people are welcome here, whether you are a yoga fanatic or a raw beginner this is the place for you. If you want to learn and grow becoming part of the community or just come and go. Session yoga is power yoga for the people.

  • Thursdays: 08:00- 11:00, 16:30- 20:30
  • Fridays: 10:00- 13:00, 16:30- 17:30
  • Saturdays: 08:00- 13:00
  • Sundays: 10:00- 13:30, 18:00- 19:00

General Info

We offer 27 yoga classes a week at different times. We have yoga 60 (one hour class), Yoga 75 (75min class) , Yoga 90 (90 min class) and aid session on Sundays @ noon a suggested donation of $5 to be given to charity of the month.
