SFDNE LTD was founded by Shepherd Nhariwa, the director of this unique service. Having previously worked within several mental health services, such as CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services), Low & Medium Secure hospitals, NHS wards and community settings, he identified that there was a niche in the market for a healthcare consultancy business service that could provide quality consultation and various relevant services such as training to a variety of private services/businesses offering healthcare services within the community, across the UK. SFDNE also provides training, and delivers a hands on approach to giving recommendations for the creativity of robust systems and structures for organisations aiming to provide the best care strategies to their clients. Through all the knowledge and practical experience gained by our staff over the years, SFDNE was formed with the vision of extending its knowledge base across the board, leading to excellent outcomes. We pride ourselves in being a unique service for those seeking to enhance their productivity within their own services. We also offer appropriate training for those who require the knowledge base to aid their practice fully. The staff that we offer consultation and training to, from the services we work with, are usually within Mental Health specialities such as CAMHS, Learning Disability, Challenging Behaviour and Residential Supported Living Settings within the community. We also provide further input into Resource Centres accessed as outpatient services. We are fully well versed with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements and standards, therefore we aim to always refer and use their guidelines as an aid in delivering the right expertise and recommendations for our clients. We advise and offer support on a range of issues within services, enabling our clients to identify all the aspects of their needs and supporting them through the timeframe it may take to remedy any potential challenges or problems that they may be faced with. Our clear goal is to leave our clients satisfied with our work and noticing the difference our input makes.
