Our historic Berkshires bed & breakfast is located in the charming town of Sheffield, Massachusetts in the beautiful Southern Berkshires of Massachusetts.

Children are welcome. All rates include a full breakfast, are per night and do not include tax. Rooms are air conditioned during the summer months. Additional $25 charge for rollaways cots or additional guests. We receive one nights deposit for a two night stay & 50% on longer stays. Cancellations received two weeks prior to arrival date are refundable less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations received within the two week period are non-refundable. Check in time is 3:00pm and Check-out time is 11:00am. All weekends from July - October require a two night minimum stay at our bed and breakfast. All major credit cards accepted.
