Description

Do you have a child who wants to skate but skating lessons are too expensive and not working due to big class sizes? I am able to provide PRIVATE 1 on 1 SKATING LESSONS for beginners! Send me a message if you are interested, & I will respond with rates, and availability. Here is a little bit about myself... Growing up in Clarington Ontario, I learned how to skate before I was able to walk. I played rep hockey growing up for 14 years. I always excelled in skating, and in 2009 my power skating instructor noticed my skill and asked me to help her teach and be a power skating instructor. In 2010, I got recruited to play for the Ontario Winter Games and represent Team Ontario. For the next 4 years I played AA hockey as well as taught power skating. In 2012, I started thinking of how children can benefit better, and began to spread the word that I would teach private skating lessons. During the past 4 years I have gained a lot of knowledge through teaching, and have been rewarded with the experience. I currently am finishing my Kinesiology degree at Wilfrid Laurier University and I hope to continue pursuing my passions and goals and one day open my own private skating business.
