Smiling Jacks, originally opened in 1995, is a small, independent Tex-Mex licensed restaurant situated on Stirling's lively Barnton Street. Owner and head chef, Paul Morrison, is a local family man who has worked in some of the finest restaurants in and around Stirling and the Trossachs. Paul specialises in honest, home cooked traditional food using the best fresh locally sourced produce. With his enthusiasm and passion for quality food and service, you will not be disappointed.
