Hello lovelies! I am a self taught makeup artist from Baltimore, MD who specializes in special effects, theatre, and glamour makeup! My makeup creations range anywhere from transforming myself to look like an old woman to bridal makeup.

Hello loves! My name is Sofia Alexandria and I am a 25 year old self taught makeup artist and performance artist from Baltimore, MD. I started to take a real interest in makeup when I was a child performing in musicals. I love theatre and I especially love theatrical makeup. I started actively showing an interest in makeup artistry when I was in high school and by college I had acquired hundreds of different makeup products to play with. I have been a freelance makeup artist for about a year, but have been doing stage makeup and my friends makeup for years. I started hoop dancing in early 2010 and it eventually evolved into a profession. I am now a hoop dance performer and fire performer and have been for the last 3 years. I have performed on stage in front of thousands of people and have had the amazing opportunity to travel the country sharing my performing art with others. As a performance artist I know the importance of looking good on stage and making sure your makeup withstands sweat, stage lights, and physical activity. Although I love to create fun and unique looks I also love to make people look and feel beautiful! Bridal, prom, and special occasion makeup is also very close to my heart. I love the reaction of a client when I show them the makeup I have done on them. It is a great feeling! Everyone should have glamorous makeup at least one day in their life!
