We are also able to compile and submit accounts for Limited Companies who meet the criteria for not requiring an audit. The first is a bureau service whereby we provide and maintain the payroll and the software, All you pay for is the time to prepare the payroll on either a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. The fee for this is depends on the size of the business and number of employees. The second is when you provide an already existing or new payroll set up (including software) and we simply administer it for you this is charge at £4 per staff member. In both cases we ensure payslips are provided as and when required, deal with new starts and leavers and of course take care of all HMRC compliance including the year end submissions at 5th April. Monthly / Weekly Payroll Services End of Year Returns including P60 and P35 Leavers and New Employees New Business Set Up: For clients that want to do their own accounts and but are unsure of how to do it we are able to help them get organised and so they are able to produce their own accounts each month this could be a excel spreadsheet or manual books whatever works better. The fee for this is normally from £40 upwards depending on what is needed. We can also help with business plan and cash-flow forecasting as well if needed.
