Regenerative medicine is the process of using the body’s own mechanisms to replace or regenerate diseased or injured tissue. Fellowship-trained at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic, Lora L. Brown, MD is a double board-certified physician, specializing in the minimally invasive, interventional treatment of pain, as well as anti-aging and regenerative medicine. In addition to her dedication to helping those who suffer with pain, Dr. Brown believes that a combination of nutrition, wellness and various regenerative medicine techniques are key to healthy aging with limited effects of disease. Dr. Brown helps both men and women reduce or eliminate the effects of hormonal imbalances, helping patients to improve their physical, mental, and emotional health through bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. Dr. Brown has completed training with Worldlink Academy of Preventive and Innovative Aging and is part of the very first national fellowship program for Stem Cell Therapy physicians. She is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging and is founder of TruWell, a concierge medical practice in St. Petersburg, Florida where she personally oversees every aspect of the patient's clinical diagnosis, treatment and education. She and her team pride themselves on being at the forefront of medicine, using some of the most innovative therapies currently available, including stem cell therapy. Dr. Brown speaks and teaches nationally and internationally and has served as lead investigator on numerous published trials. She served as president of the Florida chapter of American Society for Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP) and has served on numerous state and national boards and committees. Dr. Brown earned her medical degree at the University of Texas in San Antonio.
