Treatment boosts overall bodily movement and function of its systems. Consequently, an amatsu treatment may lead to a deep sense of relaxation enhancing the body’s healing processes. Indian Head massage is an invigorating and revitalizing massage concentrates on the areas that more prone to tension: the upper back, neck, scalp and face. It is a very revitalizing and relaxing therapy. Anma, a Japanese modality of massage, involves stroking, kneading, stretching and percussion to stimulate muscles in order to promote health. It reduces tension, improves circulation and revives the body while stimulating or sedating the nervous system inducing relaxation.
