The Bait Shack is conveniently located on the north bank of Ship Creek, next to the Bridge Restaurant. Hours: Ship Creek fishing hours designated by the State of Alaska are: May 15-July 13: 6am-11pm July 14: 24-hr fishing begins (The Bait Shack will open for this year's season Memorial Day weekend) At The Bait Shack, we work like we fish -- according to the tides! With four tide changes daily, there are a lot of fish to catch! Call us for today’s hours. Today’s predicted tides are posted by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) at: http://tinyurl.com/42ftp9m While The Bait Shack is only open during salmon season, contact us year-round to book your rentals before the summer rush!
