I am obsessed with bread - I love making and talking about sourdough bread! It's a magical process turning flour, water and salt into tasty loaves. I've been baking bread for 12 years for my family and friends and I'm so happy to be able to share the bready goodness with Albury-Wodonga folks. The Bicycle Baker operates out of the Albury Wodonga Community College bakery a few days a week. Bread is baked to order every Wednesday for pickup between 3:30pm-6:30pm from the bakery. On Sundays I sell sourdough, gluten free breads and sweet treats from the Rotary Markets in Albury from 8:30am-12:30pm. Pre-orders welcome but not essential.
