IF you are under 18 and would like a piercing, be sure you bring an ID (student ID is fine) AND a birth certificate as well as a parent or legal guardian (with paperwork to prove guardianship) to sign for you. If you have a driver's license/state ID with matching last names and address of the parent signing for you, that will be sufficient without the birth certificate. **Some piercings not done under 16 years of age.
