Description

Hello and Welcome, On the 4th and 5th July 2015, a brand new show is coming and will take place at Newark Showground, Nottingham, NG24 2NY, Which is in the East Midlands of the United Kingdom. We are set to be not only the biggest Emergency Service Heritage Show within East Midlands but the whole of United Kingdom. So as members of the public or as exhibitors/part of the Operational Services, we invite you along to enjoy the 1st ever and biggest Emergency Services Heritage Show within the United Kingdom. The show is not only about bringing Heritage 999 Vehicles together (Ranging from Classic Police Cars, Bikes, Fire Engines, Ambulances) but also the local Emergency Services and Organisations, and inviting them along to talk to you to the public, engage about the work they do and show of their vehicles and equipment. We have currently an estimate of 100 Emergency Vehicles descending on the site on 4th and 5th July, but who knows, we could have even more then that by the time the show comes around in July. Over the weekend, The show will feature Live Emergency Service Displays from Car Fires, House Fires, Police Pursuits, World War Displays, Car Cutting and a lot more. We are also working together with the local Services to put on a Major RTC Display on both days. I can confirm we will have the Air Ambulance as Static Aircraft for both days unless jobs called in. We will also have a wonderful Road Run taking place on the Saturday Morning at 10:30 another spectacular sight not too miss There will also be craft, trade, model and memorabilia stalls, funfair on site and food stalls. We are also hoping to get the Battle of Britain Flypast over the weekend and a Sea King to the show along with the Air Ambulance. All proceeds from the show will go towards Derby Children's Hospital and the Air Ambulance. So why not put us in your diary and come along for a fantastic, fun filled family day and weekend and the biggest Emergency Services show within the East Midlands on the 4th and 5th July 2015 If you are an exhibitor with a Classic 999 Vehicle and wish to register for an exhibitor form or part of the Emergency Services and want to come along and show of your vehicles, please contact Sheila Wood - Show Secretary on secretary@fspgeastmids.co.uk for exhibitor forms to be posted out to you We would love to hear from you We will be updating the group as much as possible to all let you know what will be in attendance along with the entertainment.
