The Fit Shop is an industrial fitness boutique that focuses on high-intensity training and the “afterburn effect”. Our workouts will prepare you to perform and function efficiently during your daily activities. Our studio resembles a vintage body shop which plays off the idea that our bodies function very similar to a car. Just like our cars needs a Tune Up, so do our bodies. We must be serviced, repaired, maintained and fueled properly. We train on The Body Shop floor, we fuel ourselves at the Junkless Filling Station, and we repair our bodies in the service and maintenance area. Fit Shop is a perfect way to build the health and energy of our community. Our training studio will pull people from surrounding areas into one healthy meeting place. We believe the best way to bring a community together, and to keep them together, is by encouraging them to sweat together. Fit Shop combines the hottest trends in fitness. We create a workout experience that you will never forget. Our theory is “there is no theory” when it comes to fitness. Classes will constantly be varied giving you a different experience every time you step onto The Body Shop floor. Also, our highly qualified and energetic staff will be with you supporting you and your health goals all the way through. We offer three awesome classes: The Daily Tune Up, The Burnout, and The Pit Stop. The Daily Tune Up (DTU), The Burnout, and The Pit Stop will include one hour of a high intensity workout. You will be given ‘The Tools’ to succeed. Every class will focus on the following 5 fitness components; strength, metabolic conditioning, constantly varied functional movements, and mobility. Classes will combine things such as, rowing, spinning, running, plyometrics, midline work, bodyweight movements, kettlebells, TRX, dumbbells, slamballs, wallballs, battleropes, kickboxing, team challenges, strength, agility, and so much more. As soon as you finish your DTU, you can head to our repair and maintenance area where you will have you all the mobility tools and gadgets to help keep your body in proper alignment. Before you leave be sure to fill up at our “Junkless Filling Station” for the healthiest and cleanest meals you will find. We believe that life is about progress and getting better on a daily basis. We offer a variety of different workshops that will help you become the best version of you. Workshops include, nutrition seminars, yoga seminars, self-empowering seminars, and monthly challenges to help you on your journey. As much as Fit Shop feels it is important to give to ourselves, we feel just as passionate about giving back to the community. That is why Fit Shop North Miami Beach runs several fundraisers annually for cancer survivors, veterans, autism, kids, and all those in need.
