About The Owner {ME}: Hi! My name is Brooke. I'm 34 years old and love & live in Texas! I'm married to my best friend and we have 3 sweet little boys, ages newborn, 4 and 5. I LOVE shopping and even more, finding a good deal! The combination of that desire as well as one to be more available for my family brought The Paisley Heart to life! ❤ How TPH Started: I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit! After college, I took my place in corporate america but something was ALWAYS missing. With my husband on board and a {small} budget, The Paisley Heart became a reality. I was able to leave my corporate job in October 2013, my website, www.thepaisleyheart.com, went live that same week! I have never been more excited to go to work & am extremely thankful! About the operation: I'm a one woman {and 2 toddlers} show most days. It can definitely get hectic on busy shipping days but I wouldn't change it for anything! All domestic orders ship through USPS and will be tracked. Tracking numbers are available by request. Orders placed Monday thru Thursday can take one to three business days to process unless express shipping is specified (additional cost will be charged to customer for express shipping). Orders placed Friday-Sunday will not be processed until Monday (we do not ship on holidays). Standard delivery typically takes between two to seven days in transit. USPS provides delivery confirmation on all packages in the United States. If your tracking number shows your order status as “delivered” and you haven’t received it, be sure to check your mailbox first before contacting the post office; USPS typically leaves all packages on the door step but on occasions, it will be left in your mailbox. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages, or orders shipped to an incorrect address you accidentally entered. If by chance your package is returned to us, we will contact you to pay shipping a 2nd time and re-ship the item to a different address accepted by USPS. USPS tracking serves as our release of liability. If you have a tracking number for your order and think you should have already received be sure to contact the shipping carrier for insight into its whereabouts. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you, please send it back so we can help you find something else that works great! No Questions Asked! We aren't happy until you’re happy! We will provide in-store credit (no refunds) for all returned merchandise. With a current inventory of over 100 items from several different designers, we’re confident you are sure to find something else that works fabulous! There are a few requirements to note with the item(s) you wish to return: Make sure the items are in their original condition; No make-up or deodorant marks, free of smells (perfume, cigarette, deodorant, detergent), un-altered, unwashed, free of pet hair and with tags still attached (when applicable). We BEG of you, please, please, do not attempt to return an item that does not meet the above criteria; there is nothing we hate more than having to reject a return. To discourage unacceptable returns, we charge a $10 handling fee + $8.95 shipping to ship your item(s) back to you. Again, this is our least favorite part of the business so please don’t try and sneak something past us. The most common reason for a return is that an item does not fit. We encourage you to try on your new item(s) as soon as they are received and again, we want you happy! We permit return for exchange up to ten (10) days from the date of the original delivery confirmation. Simply, contact us and let us know that you are wishing to return an item so we know it is on its way back to us. As soon as we receive the item and it is confirmed to be in original condition, we will issue you store credit for your purchase price (less any shipping paid). ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. The reason we put things on sale is to clear them out to make room for new inventory. ALL PROMO, COUPONS & DISCOUNT SALES ARE FINAL. Same as with sale items, we issue these to clear out inventory to make room for new. ALL JEWELRY ITEMS ARE FINAL. Jewelry can be worn without sign of wear; it’s simply not fair to sell used jewelry to the next person who buys it. Our software does not allow us to “reserve” online merchandise. If you know the item(s) you wish to receive in “exchange,” we advise you to purchase the item(s), as normal, while your return is in transit back to us. Once we receive your return, we will refund your credit card for the original amount paid up to the purchase price of the new item; this way, in the end, it equals out to an exchange without the risk of the item(s) you want being sold out. Additionally, please include a note with your return outlining your intent to ensure our staff references your new order; otherwise, they will likely apply your return to in-store credit instead of your credit card. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM(S) If you meet the above criteria and would like to receive in-store credit for an item(s), please contact us right away.
