The Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development (ICD) is a newly formed Institute (2005) created as a Vision-In-Action initiative supported by Chancellor Boschini at Texas Christian University. We are a part of the College of Science and Engineering and an outgrowth of the Hope Connection, developed by Dr. David Cross and Dr. Karyn Purvis in 1999.
