OUR VALUES Never Frozen, Never Pre-cooked We promise the ingredients we use in our products are sourced from sustainable, local suppliers and are always fresh! We cook everything to order and pride ourselves on our meat motto: never frozen & never precooked! This is because we want to ensure you receive only the freshest, best tasting burger you’ve ever had. Our burgers are cooked medium as standard please specify to your waiter if you would like anything different. Recycle, Reuse, Reduce Here at Time & Beef we are always looking for ways to recycle and reuse old materials we can find to help our environment. In most cases when designing our interior, we have up-cycled old materials wherever possible. The dining furniture is made from used scaffolding planks Stools in the front are from a local school in Bridgend The church pews are from a local church in Canton The light shades over the bar are from old Army Barracks We’d love to hear your suggestions on how we could up-cycle further! OUR FIVE COMMANDMENTS We shall never ever pre – cook our meat. Ever. – We shall never freeze meat – Honour only local suppliers – Remember to have fun with customers – We are not fast food, we are quality food
