After co-owning a tattoo shop in Oakville, Ontario for 5 years, Lila Way set out to open a brand new custom tattoo studio of her own, where collaboration between the client and artist is encouraged. With absolutely no flash on the walls of this shop, the customer just needs to have a basic idea of what they want and an artist can bring it to fruition. All tattoos are custom drawn and one of a kind. Opening in April of 2009, True Grit Tattoos features private procedure rooms, a friendly and knowledgeable staff, and only the best service and experience. You will leave True Grit Tattoos with an amazing piece of art that will last a life time. Besides being able to draw and tattoo any style, the staff at True Grit are also all trained in Blood Born Pathogens, Cross Contamination and Infection Control.
