Each year we receive £399 million to provide patient services delivered to patients in Lincolnshire. We invest around £12 million each year in improving our clinical services by replacing and upgrading our medical equipment, modernising our estate and facilities and improving our information and technology infrastructure. PALS act independently when handling patient and family concerns, liaising with staff, managers, or relevant organisations, to negotiate immediate or prompt solutions. PALS will not investigate complaints but PALS will inform and support people who wish to use the NHS complaints procedure.
