Domestic Programming WE Villages is committed to domestic programming because we believe individuals like yourself have the ability to change the world and make a difference. The change we make at the domestic level is just as important as the work we do overseas. International Programming Through our holistic and sustainable international development programs in Kenya, India, Ecuador, rural China, Sierra Leone, Haiti, Nicaragua and Tanzania, we remove barriers to enable youth and their families to exercise freedom and break the cycle of poverty. Our core mission is empowerment. In North America, we empower people to create positive change around them. WE Villages applies the same philosophy in developing countries, when our local staff work with rural villages and regional governments to support, teach and empower people within our five Pillars of Impact.
