Here's a good workout to beat that sugar coma. No weights needed. 100 jumping jacks 90 jump squats 80 crunches 70 supermans 60 pushups 50 toe taps each leg (on a stair) 40 jack touches 30 burpees 20 star jumps 1 min plank hold Make your way down the list then go back up. Have fun!
