RTO Code 4909 CRICOS 00103D Youth @ Federation College provides accredited, training and pathway for year 10, 11 &12 students (senior secondary) in an adult learning environment in Ballarat, Maryborough, Bacchus Marsh & Horsham. Youth @ Federation College students are students of Federation University Australia, with a wide variety of vocational and higher education pathways on offer. We provide learning opportunities to develop the skills and attitudes required for the workplace. CGEA Youth Certificate in General Education for Adults The CGEA youth program is designed to develop literacy, numeracy and general education skills. CGEA provides a range of educational opportunities as an alternative to Year 10 and creates great pathways into VCAL, pre-apprenticeships, employment, further training and traineeships. VCAL Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning VCAL is a recognised senior secondary qualification that focuses on 'hands-on learning' for students in Years 11 and 12. Students who undertake VCAL are more likely to be interested in going on to training at TAFE, securing an apprenticeship, or getting a job. The flexibility of VCAL enables students to design a study program that suits their interests and learning needs. Students enrol in VCAL at either Intermediate or Senior level as well as an accredited VET qualification. ASPIRE - Fantastic option for students who wish to gain entry to Federation University Australia. A recognized Yr 12 program that provides a higher education preparation and transition. Students are guaranteed entry to a Federation University degree on successful completion. VET Vocational Education and Training In conjunction with Intermediate or Senior VCAL, students may undertake one of the following VET programs (subject to confirmation) Automotive Hair and Beauty Engineering Health Plumbing Construction Hospitality – Kitchen Operations Electro-technology Community Services – Childcare Media Community Services – Support (RTO Code: 4909)
