The Lord gave the vision for C.O.E ministries to Rev. Ray Taltoan, Pastor and Founder three years before the church opened their doors for the first time. He shared the call with his wife Lady Minneva while both were already in leadership at one of the communities largest churches. Pastor Taltoan was obedient in the call, then started Church Of Emmanuel on July 1, 2012. Since then the two have been very busy in the ministry preaching, teaching, and sharing the Gospel and their lives with those in need of hearing about the Master. The church currently provides two services a week. They are held every Sunday at 12 noon, and Bible study on Tuesday evening at 6:30p- 730p. We also have children choir rehearsal on the same night as the adult Bible study. The church also provides The Lord's Supper first Sunday each month. Every other month on the forth Sunday we provide a free meal at the end of the service which we have adopted to be called "Faith, family, and fellowship." We are growing in size as well as our faith in the Lord to serve all of those who desire a relationship with Jesus Christ. We have a warm and family-style approach to welcoming our guest/visitors.
