Description
Hospice Kingston arranges and provides community hospice supportive care services in Kingston and surrounding area. We are a not-for-profit organization that works closely with healthcare professionals and trained volunteers to complete the circle of care in your home, hospitals, long-term-care homes, retirement homes and palliative care units. Our care includes physical, psychological, social, spiritual and practical support so that you and your loved ones can live on your own terms. We deliver a wide range of supportive programs for people facing a life-limiting diagnosis and their families and care givers. We invite you to our Hospice centre to experience our programs and benefit from our advocacy, education and research services.
