Fantastic outdoor session done with Amy and Chloe. Great start to their bank holiday Monday!!
Quick tip- If the problem is with your nutrition you can't fix it by changing your training. If the problem is in your training you can't fix it in the kitchen. Focus your energy on improving the area that actually needs it and you will get the result you're after!
Busy day Personal Training today before doing the KBT Strength and Conditioning course tomorrow and Thursday. Always learning and trying to improve, I believe that's the key to success in everything you do! 😀

My number 1 tip for anybody looking to improve their health, be through training or nutrition, is a very simple but extremely effective one. Get started! Sounds easy but a lot of people think about it every day but don't do anything about it. Get started and make some progress today.
What will you get from Personal Training? There will be no gimmicks and no quick fix. Instead, I will guide you through a structured training routine that will lead you towards your goal. It will be hard work, challenging and hopefully a little fun! I do both indoor and outdoor training for 1-2-1 sessions or groups of up to 3 people. Message me for more information.
Personal goal for today is 70kg snatch for 2 reps!! I'll let you know if I get it. What's your goal for today?
Good morning all. The weather is finally getting better. This usually helps people become motivated to get a little healthier. Get fit for summer is a big quote a lot of trainers use. I'm not the biggest fan of this but anything that gets people started is good in my book. I'm more a fan of getting fit for life. Message me for more info and we'll get the process started. Fit4Life!!
Another great weeks training almost complete for my clients. If you're interested in getting started and moving towards your goals then feel free to get in touch for more information. I require a minimum commitment of 3 sessions for you to start making the changes needed to reach your goals. I do 1-2-1 training or small groups of 2-3 people. Individual Training Programmes are also available for £15. I look forward to hearing from you!
How did you sleep last night? Hopefully you got a good 7-8 hours!! Quality of sleep is so important. It improves your focus, your mood and it sets you up to have a healthy and happy day! If you struggle with sleep try and find a night time ritual that will help. Mine is simple. I put some ocean sounds on and then put my phone away and this relaxes me. If what you do now doesn't work try something new, what's the worst that could happen!!
Setting goals is just the start. If you want to achieve your goals you need to change your actions and your mindset. A goal without a plan of action is just a wish. We don't get what we wish for, we get what we work for. So let's get working towards your goals!!
What are your goals? Why are they important to you? When are you going to get started? Answer these 3 questions and then I can help with how you can do it! Enjoy your Friday 😀
Looking forward to gaining some valuable knowledge tomorrow at Phil Learney's Real world fat loss seminar!

Happy Easter everyone. Hope you have enjoyed a little chocolate! Some of you might be thinking after an Easter egg or 2 that now is the time to start getting fit and healthy. Here are 4 tips to help you feel fitter, healthier and more energized- 1) Start your day with 2 glasses of water to help get hydrated and drink at least 2-3 liters a day. 2) Eat more real food, such as lots of fresh vegetables, a little fruit, some nuts and seeds and some good quality protein with each meal. Get this from a variety of meats, poultry, fish and whole eggs(not Easter eggs). 3) Eat less processed foods such as take aways, processed meat, ready meals and sugary drinks. 4) Get more active. Go for walks, a bike ride or for great results start training with me!
