Unlike any gym experience, Reno Kicks is a new approach to getting fit. We offer a circuit based workout with (HIIT) High Intensity Internal Training that is designed for maximum energy and calorie burn. To do this, we have motivating on-staff trainers by your side instructing you as you work out every step of the way. Our workouts start whenever you arrive. We have individually selected many unique items of gym equipment to have a fast and effective workout, including heavy bags and speed bags as well as TRX resistance trainers, free weights and kettle bells. From the first-time boxer to the experienced athlete, we have something for everyone. Come check us out and we know that you will get a great workout with Reno Kicks!
