The founding Director is Melanie Goodchild, phD student, Anishinaabeg. The design team includes Indigenous Wayfinders, professors from Waterloo, and other benefactors. Typically organizations are either known as think tanks or social change agents, we are an Indigenous-led social innovation "think and do tank" launching programming in 2017.
